Your favorite retro orange tanning gel scent is now a candle.
A balmy summer afternoon by the pool, c. 1978. On a table beside you, an icy glass of Tab glistens with condensation atop the July 31st issue of People magazine. The opening chords of 'Year of The Cat' from your portable radio mingle with the sounds of a chirping sparrow and the low hum of a distant lawn mower.
You reach for a tube of tanning gel, and smooth it along your arms and shoulders. As you bask in the sun, the scent opens with bright orange and soft florals, gradually deepening into warm notes of tonka and clove as it melts into your skin. You place a folded towel over your eyes, blocking out just enough light to drift into a lazy, sun-warmed nap.
