Shipping policy

 UPMARKET currently ships to all 50 states within the United States. We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses. We reserve the right to refuse shipment of any order at our sole discretion. If an order is refused by UPMARKET, a refund will be issued in full.

Shipping, processing and delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We do our best to ship all orders within 1 to 3 business days of order placement, excluding weekends and holidays. UPMARKET does not guarantee delivery dates as those are based on carrier constraints. UPMARKET is not responsible for delayed orders based on weather or mechanical issues. You must contact the carrier for any delivery related issues.
